Keep your home moving without chasing every provider.

We keep your Home Plan, providers, records, and next steps connected, so the right work keeps moving and you stay in control. Home Management is month to month.

This is what happens when you don't have to manage the peopleworking in your home

You stop chasing callbacks

When a provider we manage goes quiet, the follow-up is ours. We keep the item open and bring you options if the relationship stops working. We can’t make anyone respond, but the chasing stops being yours.

Proposals become comparable

We put them side by side and show where the scope, assumptions, allowances, and exclusions genuinely differ, then prepare the questions worth asking before you approve anything.

You don’t need to be a trade expert

You should not have to learn a trade to ask a good question about your own home. We bring the property context, define the problem, and name the kind of provider it actually needs.

Nothing starts from zero again

What was done, by whom, under what warranty, and why it was decided that way stays attached to the property. The next conversation starts from what’s already known.

What changes as you move up a level.

The levels build on each other. Nothing is removed as you move down the list, and the base is included in all of them.

A few things you may be wondering.

What we handle, what stays with you, what stays with your providers, and how the levels are priced.

How do I know which level I need?

Start with the responsibility you want to hand over. Home Care at $295 per month keeps your plan and records current while you continue running your vendors. Vendor Management is $595 per month for up to three recurring vendors or $995 per month for up to six.

Do I need a Home Plan first?

Yes. Ongoing management needs something to manage against. With an annual Home Management agreement, we include the Home Plan at no additional charge. The plan can also be purchased on its own if you’re not ready for ongoing membership.

Would this be helpful for a home like mine?

It tends to fit when your home depends on several recurring providers, when open work and planned projects compete for the same budget and attention, and when the follow-up has become a standing item on your list. If a single isolated issue is what brought you here, we’ll tell you that a Home Plan on its own is probably enough.

Do you perform maintenance or repairs yourselves?

No. Qualified outside providers perform maintenance, repairs, licensed trade work, and remodeling construction. Our role is judgment, planning, scope development, provider management, records, and follow-through. Quarterly reviews are management reviews, not inspections, technical evaluations, or maintenance appointments.

What decisions do I retain?

All the ones that matter. You approve meaningful scope and spending, choose which providers we manage, and decide how much responsibility to hand over. We take the administration, not the authority.

Perchford Testimonial

I didn’t need another project or another person to call. I needed someone to see the whole home, tell me what mattered now, and keep the right work moving. Now I spend less time chasing providers, have more confidence in each decision, and our home is easier to own.
