Four reviews a year update your priorities, records, and next ninety days, and each one includes a defined action that moves approved work forward.

Lawn, pool, HVAC, cleaning, snow, pest, chimney, handyman, and similar recurring relationships can move to us. Capacity grows with what you hand over.
We use visible condition, systems and equipment, recurring services, open repairs, and the inspection reports, warranties, and records you already have.
Comfort, function, design, lower maintenance, long-term ownership, or preparing for a future sale. Resale is one input among several, not the whole argument.
We weigh budget, timing, urgency, project dependencies, maintenance burden, and how long you expect to own the home.
Decide which providers, approvals, and follow-up you want to keep, and which ones you would rather hand over.
Your plan lives in one place you can open from anywhere. Current priorities, the next quarterly review, what was already completed, how your systems are holding up, and the decisions still waiting on you.
We earn through the Home Plan and the Home Management membership. Outside providers bill you directly, so a larger provider invoice never produces a larger fee for us.
