Stay in control of your home without giving it all your time.

You shouldn’t need to learn a trade to take good care of your own home. We work out what matters now, what can wait, and what should happen next. Then you decide how much of the follow-through you want us to handle.

A bright lake home living room with a stone fireplace, expansive windows, and a view of the water.

A home that’s easier to own, with clear priorities and next steps.

Start with a clear plan, then add the level of follow-through that gives you more time, confidence, and control.

Start with a Home Plan
  1. 1

    Start with a Home Plan

One current plan for the whole property, with priorities for now, this year, and later, and a record you can actually use.

  2. 2

    Keep it current every quarter

Four reviews a year update your priorities, records, and next ninety days, and each one includes a defined action that moves approved work forward.

  3. 3

Add the providers you want managed

Lawn, pool, HVAC, cleaning, snow, pest, chimney, handyman, and similar recurring relationships can move to us. Capacity grows with what you hand over.

Your plan should fit the home and the life you want to live in it.

What does your home need?

We use visible condition, systems and equipment, recurring services, open repairs, and the inspection reports, warranties, and records you already have.

What matters to you?

Comfort, function, design, lower maintenance, long-term ownership, or preparing for a future sale. Resale is one input among several, not the whole argument.

What should happen first?

We weigh budget, timing, urgency, project dependencies, maintenance burden, and how long you expect to own the home.

What would you like help managing?

Decide which providers, approvals, and follow-up you want to keep, and which ones you would rather hand over.

Keep the final say without managing every little detail.

Your decisions

  • Set the goals and budget direction
  • Approve meaningful scope and spending
  • Choose which providers we manage
  • Pay outside providers directly

What we handle

  • Keep one current plan and clear priorities for the whole home
  • Prepare useful scopes and organize proposals so the differences are visible
  • Manage the recurring providers you hand over
  • Keep decisions, records, warranties, and open work connected

What outside providers handle

  • Maintenance, repairs, licensed trade work, and remodeling construction
  • Their own technical conclusions and proposals
  • Their own workmanship, warranties, licensing, and permits
  • Billing you directly for the work you approve

You can see the whole plan any time you want to.

Your plan lives in one place you can open from anywhere. Current priorities, the next quarterly review, what was already completed, how your systems are holding up, and the decisions still waiting on you.

Zero percent. No percentage of contractor invoices.

We earn through the Home Plan and the Home Management membership. Outside providers bill you directly, so a larger provider invoice never produces a larger fee for us.

Perchford Testimonial

I didn’t need another project or another person to call. I needed someone to see the whole home, tell me what mattered now, and keep the right work moving. Now I spend less time chasing providers, have more confidence in each decision, and our home is easier to own.
