Stay ahead of your home without worrying about every little detail.

Your home and your goals change throughout the year. Every quarter, we return to the property, look across the systems and spaces that keep it working, and update your Home Plan around what’s true now and what you want next. Home Care is $295 per month, month to month.

A plan that changes when your home does.

A Home Plan is most useful when it reflects the home you’re living in now. Quarterly Home Care visits keep the condition, goals, records, and next steps connected, so you’re not making decisions from an old snapshot.

Keep a current pulse on the whole home.

Each quarterly visit keeps the conditions at the property, your goals, and the priorities in your Home Plan aligned.

  • Keep a pulse on the property

We revisit visible conditions, major systems, service timing, and seasonal needs throughout the year, so changes have a place to be noticed and understood.

  • Make decisions from what’s true now

New concerns, completed work, changing budgets, and evolving plans are reflected in one current view of the home.

  • Know what deserves attention

We sort what needs action now, what belongs later, and what simply needs to stay on the radar.

  • Turn observations into next steps

Anything we flag is added to the plan with a clear next question and owner. If the right provider is part of Vendor Management, we can carry the follow-through too.

Four visits. Every recurring task has a place.

We assign the work to the visit where it belongs, then return with the same plan every quarter. You don't have to remember what happened last time or work out what comes next.

This is the standard Home Care calendar. We confirm exact dates and any property-specific adjustments when your plan begins.

Every visit reconnects the home and the plan.

This is not a report we hand over and forget. It’s a recurring working session that keeps the property, your priorities, and the next season of decisions in sync.

Review the property

We walk the home with a seasonal focus, looking at visible conditions, accessible indicators, major systems, service timing, and work completed since the last visit.

Revisit what matters to you

We talk through new goals, changing timelines, budget context, comfort concerns, and the projects you’re considering.

Update the Home Plan

Priorities, records, maintenance timing, open decisions, and the next ninety days are updated around the latest picture of the home.

Move the right next step

We define what needs to happen, who owns it, and what information is still needed. Each quarter also includes one defined management action that moves approved work forward.

A few things you may be wondering.

What each review covers, what stays with you, and when it makes sense to add Vendor Management.

What happens during a quarterly review?

We walk the home with a seasonal focus, review visible conditions and accessible indicators, revisit your goals and what changed, then update the priorities, records, maintenance timing, and next ninety days in your Home Plan. We also complete one defined management action that moves approved work forward. It’s a broad management review, not a technical inspection or maintenance appointment.

What’s a defined management action?

Something concrete that moves approved work forward. Preparing a provider-ready scope, identifying the right kind of provider, organizing proposals you already have so the differences are visible, scheduling a provider you approved, starting a warranty claim, closing a gap in your service records, or bundling small items into one provider visit.

Is Home Care enough if I have several vendors?

It depends on whether the vendors are the problem. If they show up, do good work, and rarely need chasing, Home Care is often enough. If you’re the one scheduling, granting access, answering questions, and following up between visits, that work will still be yours at this level. Vendor Management is what moves it.

Do I need a Home Plan first?

Yes. Ongoing management needs something to manage against. With an annual Home Management agreement, we include the Home Plan at no additional charge. The plan can also be purchased on its own if you’re not ready for ongoing membership.

What does Home Care cost?

$295 per month with an annual Home Management agreement. The Home Plan is included at no additional charge. This is the base Home Management membership and includes four property visits and Home Plan updates each year.

Perchford Testimonial

I didn’t need another project or another person to call. I needed someone to see the whole home, tell me what mattered now, and keep the right work moving. Now I spend less time chasing providers, have more confidence in each decision, and our home is easier to own.
